Movement outdoors during these windows supports mood, metabolism, and sleep.

🥦 Adjust Nutrition to the Season

Eat seasonal vegetables and fruit. Bonus points for picking your own - makes for a great activity, connection to your food & nature + healthy movement!

Warmer temperatures make raw foods, smoothies, and lighter meals easier to digest.

If your appetite dips in the heat, opt for a nutrient-dense smoothie or high-protein yogurt to stay nourished without feeling heavy.

💦 Hydrate Intentionally and Ditch the Bottled Water

Choose filtered water and add electrolytes to support hydration and mineral balance.

Avoid bottled water when possible, plastic containers can leach chemicals like BPA and phthalates, which disrupt hormones.

This week I made it to the beach twice. 💥

The beach is my happy place—it's where I hit reset, recharge, and somehow manage to be both calm and buzzing with energy.

I love to swim. It’s like a moving meditation—cool, refreshing, and totally magical. Honestly, I joke that I was a dolphin or mermaid in a past life. The moment I dive in, it’s like I’m home. Good luck getting me out.

I wait all year for this moment - the first swim.
