“Restorying one’s story” training offered to a group of working professionals from Taykwa Tagamou First Nation! Participant quoted, “it feels like lots of negative layers of the onion removed and replaced by healthier ones!”

Spoke with a group of young Indigenous hockey players and parents about how to stay balanced with their mental health. They came from Northern Quebec and Ontario to a hockey camp hosted by hockey without borders in Hull, Quebec!
