What actually contributes to golfing injuries?
Too much, too soon
Poor hip mobility → the low back takes up the slack
Weak core strength → poor force transfer, relying more on passive structures like joints and ligaments
Limited thoracic rotation → the body compensates elsewhere, often through the ribs or low back
A powerful golf swing needs mobility, control, and proper force transfer through the body, not compensation. 🏌️♂️
