Today's NIGHTMARE!!!
Im taking the position of an angry KAREN out in public so understand my rant if you will.
So , this is EXACTLY what you get for hiring a BIG BOX hardware store subcontracted service.....meaning you go to a WELL known hardware store and see a kiosk set up offering HOME services .
You think it must be legit because they're inside this BIG CHAIN store !!!

This furnace is destroyed!!!
All of the inner insulation surrounding the heat exchanger was damaged by a Furnace company who has the Contract for ALL of Calgary stores .
This is me inspecting the work they last completed in my customers house.
The furnace WASNT running well and was plastered with service stickers representing all of the hundreds of dollars of repairs done to it to relieve the furnace of its symptoms temporarily.
Did I say temporarily?
Yes , I DID.
I counted 5 services
5 different companies couldn't dig in to this furnace enough to find the root cause for replacing the same wrong components 3 times and NEVER once looked inside like i am in this video.
Customers now need a new furnace.
Customers just had a baby.
Winter is now here.
Oh JOY !!!
If you want proper service instead of this call me .
Just because a service is offered INSIDE well known store doesn't mean it's.....

- legitimate
- quality controlled
- experienced
- competent
- skilled
-knowledgeable
- able
So BEWARE!!!
