One whole year with 🎂

A whole year of clinic giggles with .lauryndingwall, mentorship from , daily calls to collaborate with and learn from the whole AWH ND team, and so much more 🫶🏼

Feeling so fulfilled and grateful, especially after spending this weekend at the Women’s Show and seeing how many women have been positively impacted by AWH. If you have sat in my clinic room you know how much I love connecting with my patients and empowering you in your health, can’t wait to celebrate many more of these milestones 💜

Another year older 🎂

This birthday is extra special because it marks almost of a full year of practicing as an ND. A year in the job that I love, helping other women feel supported and empowered in their health. 🫶🏼

It’s also the year that I fell back in love with running, snow boarded the alps, moved to a new city where we knew nobody and have build a little community, became a dog mom, saw some of my favourite artists in concert and made so many new memories.   Feeling so grateful, learning to love the chaos, and looking forward to another year of growth.🤍
