✨ MINDFUL MOVEMENT: The 60-Second Neck Stretch to Release What You're Holding ✨
Let’s be real—we carry so much in our bodies.
Stress. Unspoken feelings. That weird thing your coworker said three months ago.
And most of it? Lives right in the neck and shoulders.
Here’s a simple 60-second reset (no yoga mat, no enlightenment required):
➡️ Sit or stand tall—no slouching, just a relaxed spine.
➡️ Drop your right ear toward your right shoulder (gently).
➡️ Take 3 slow breaths, and let each exhale feel like a quiet “ugh.”
➡️ Come back to center.
➡️ Switch sides. Breathe again.
➡️ End with a slow nod—like you’re agreeing with yourself: “Maybe I don’t need to carry all of this.”
As you move, imagine letting go of what’s weighing you down—emails, tension, awkward energy, overthinking.
You don’t have to fix everything. Just move through a little of it.
