Let’s be real—we carry so much in our bodies.
Stress. Unspoken feelings. That weird thing your coworker said three months ago.
And most of it? Lives right in the neck and shoulders.

Here’s a simple 60-second reset (no yoga mat, no enlightenment required):

➡️ Sit or stand tall—no slouching, just a relaxed spine.
➡️ Drop your right ear toward your right shoulder (gently).
➡️ Take 3 slow breaths, and let each exhale feel like a quiet “ugh.”
➡️ Come back to center.
➡️ Switch sides. Breathe again.

Fluoride helps prevent cavities, especially in children, and strengthens enamel. It’s one of the key reasons tooth decay has declined in many parts of the world.

Too much fluoride may affect the brain, bones, and thyroid, and could be especially risky for young children or infants. Some studies link high levels of fluoride to lower IQ, thyroid disruption, and bone issues—but these findings are often tied to areas with naturally high fluoride levels, not the controlled levels in public water.

🧠 So… what’s the truth?

The answer likely depends on how much fluoride you’re exposed to and your individual health factors:

🔹 How much fluoride?
