This is an incredibly unique opportunity to not only learn the foundations of using a kettlebell, but have many pathways of growth possible with it. I’ve explored many avenues with the kettlebell… from juggling, to flowing, to traditional S&C to Kettlebell Sport and everything in between. The Kettlebell has been my MOST used tool for clientele. I love Kettlebells, and want you to experience the vast world of possibility and fun that it has to offer.
