2 day Kettlebell Flow and Juggling Workshop

This is a new offering for me I’m super excited about which is a 2 day, 6 hr experience looking at Kettlebell Flow and Juggling. This one is happening next month Sept 16 and 17th from 9am-12pm both days.

You’ll receive your own bell as part of your purchase and come away from the workshop learning a bunch of foundational movements with the bell, movements in multiple planes around the body, and of course, a repertoire of new juggling tricks and skills to freshen up your routine and add a creative and healthy movement practice into your life.

What's up Everyone!

Wanted to let you know there are 5 days left to sign up for my Steel Mace Flow Experience hosted by Third Space Movement here in Victoria BC.

This is a 4 week, 4 session series starting June 4th every Saturday for 4 weeks from 10:30-12. I will be going in depth into using the Mace as a tool of fitness, a tool of Functional fitness, and a tool to tap into flow state. This workshop INCLUDES your own mace which I will make sure is custom fitted in weight and size for you.

4 weeks, 4 sessions and your own mace for only $225.00. This is will be a ton of fun and I'm stoked to be offer you a tool that has changed my life and my perspective of fitness and intentional movement. It's an embodiment practice more than anything and will carry over many physical benefits. Most importantly it's a new movement journey for those of you feeling stuck in similar patterns in the gym and/or in life. Single arm front flip Tutorial 💪🏼🌊

You asked for it, here it is

In terms of bells, competition bells are going to give you the smoothest flipping abilities. I recommend for beginners starting with an 8kg-12kg depending on your experience with kettlebells.

Notes:
- pendulum style swing utilized to ease into flip and help bell travel upwards and close to body

- floating point at top of swing with elbow tucked in, finger grip loose, thumb on middle of bottom handle

- The flip. Clear fingers, push handle UPWARDS. Remember we’re flipping the handle, not the bell so the ball should stay stationary. We flip as we’re entering the float point.

- Catch. The handle will come underneath and into the four fingers.

- practice practice practice. This movement needs to be felt, not over analyzed… there’s a rhythm to juggling that needs to be felt into.

This is an incredibly unique opportunity to not only learn the foundations of using a kettlebell, but have many pathways of growth possible with it. I’ve explored many avenues with the kettlebell… from juggling, to flowing, to traditional S&C to Kettlebell Sport and everything in between. The Kettlebell has been my MOST used tool for clientele. I love Kettlebells, and want you to experience the vast world of possibility and fun that it has to offer.

If you want to learn how, with 1 KB, you can open up access to a large repertoire exercises and movements for strengthening and honing the whole body, this is it.

Steel Mace Flow Mentorship

Currently looking at 2 openings for anyone feeling called to join me on this guided journey.

It’s been an honour taking students through this 6 Session approach to understanding the mace.

My intention is to present you with an understanding of this tool to be able to create and thrive in your own practice. This is a physical practice, yes, and we will grow stronger together, more mobile, more functional, and more capable. As well however, we will look at how this discipline can help forge a state of mind that will carry on to all areas of life. A warrior’s mentality and state of being. We will look at physical structure and movements that convey strength, not only help develop it. This is as much an embodiment practice as it is a fitness approach. But why not have the best of both worlds combined in one discipline?
