Well today I was accepted into care of a NP (Nurse Practitioner)! Why is this "news"? Because especially in the province of Alberta, it's not so easy to find a doctor!

I haven't been happy with my old doctor for awhile, but rather than focus on what I DIDN'T want (a doctor not aligned with my vision of improved health & wellness), I focused on BELIEVING I could find the right Healthcare practitioner for me!
I feel a nurse, being a retired RN myself, was more aligned with this plan. I also have a naturopath too.

So this is one thing I can do- if you're looking for a new doctor or struggling to communicate with the one you presently have,
