Life Bliss Meditation, in Sanskrit called Nithya Dhyaan, is a dynamic meditation technique that has been designed by a living Incarnation from South India, HDH Nithyananda Paramashivam.

The meditation consists of 5 parts, each part complementing each other. The meditation is designed to deeply cleanse and rejuvenate our energy centers (chakras) and clear years of worries and unconscious belief patterns that prevent us from manifesting the life we dream of.

The meditation will be followed by healing (for those who would like this) with a special spatika crystal energized by Sanghavasini’s Guru, HDH Nithyananda Paramashivam..

Please bring:
- A yoga mat/ blanket and/or meditation cushion to sit on (no lying down) if preferred. Chairs are provided;
- eye mask/ eye band
