Thanks to our amazing nomadic lifestyle, we get to drop into amazing gems like 3 Acres Farms in Fonthill Ontario that farms and sells, pasture raised chicken and duck eggs, amazing fruits and vegetables, fresh cut flowers, potted plants and even make their own all natural boutique soap that is so affordable. Thank you Geoff, Laura and C for let us sit for Mille, Clark and their beautiful land.

Just returned from a soul-nourishing week at on the magical Ometepe Island, Nicaragua 🌿✨. This sanctuary, lovingly transformed by owner Cris Ketch , is a testament to what dedication and vision can create. Once a dry tree farm, it's now a lush paradise boasting a vibrant food forest with coconuts, bananas, avocados, soursop, pineapples, aloe, citrus fruits, cashews, lemongrass, and more .

The retreat center is thoughtfully designed to host a variety of retreats—from yoga and men's retreats to breathwork and sound healing sessions. The beautiful lake-side shala provides the perfect space for practice and connection. Accommodations are available beyond retreats, making it a haven for anyone seeking peace and rejuvenation.

One of the highlights for us was the pristine drinking water sourced directly from the on-site well—some of the cleanest we've encountered in our travels. The natural pool at the heart of the property offers a refreshing dip amidst nature. Wildlife is abundant; we spotted turkeys, lizards, iguanas, frogs, and tropical toads during our stay.

Just steps away lies a nearly private beach, and a short 2-minute walk brings you to a charming beachside restaurant serving dishes made from the freshest local ingredients.

CALLING TORONTO VIDEOGRAPHERS + CREATORS

We’re hosting a powerful Sound & Breathwork Journey on Monday, May 26th at Beaches United Church (East Toronto) — and we’re looking to collaborate with 2 or 3 talented videographers to help us capture the magic.

This will be a soul-stirring night of deep breath, immersive sound, community connection, and conscious music — and we want to document the full journey:

What we’re looking for:

Candid coverage of guests arriving + connecting

Shots of the merch table and community energy

High-quality video footage of our guided breathwork + sound session
(Live audio will be professionally recorded to sync with your footage)

2–3 portrait-style 30-second clips for Instagram

A 1–2 minute horizontal highlight reel for corporate wellness retreat pitches

Full song coverage from live music performance after the session (various angles welcome!)

This is a Monday evening event, which we hope makes it easier for creators with flexible schedules.
While we don’t have a formal budget, we’re open to working with:

Up-and-coming videographers looking to build their portfolio

Established creators open to working with a conscious wellness brand at a discounted rate

Those aligned with wellness, music, mindfulness & sacred storytelling
