10:00 – 11:00 am
followed by tea and a little something to share ☕✨

A cozy space to land, breathe, and be together again.

A deeply restorative Sunday reset in a small, cozy group (6–9 people).

We move gently, breathe, meditate, and close with Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep).
A space to cultivate loving awareness of your practice, your body, and your whole being.

Tea and snacks after (arguably the best part 😉).
Stay and connect — or take it with you ☕✨

Sundays — Heart of Hatha 🌿

Back from India, and ready to share some calm.
Goat yoga, wine yoga, hot yin, yin in a sauna, yoga + Pilates, dog, candlelit yoga… sometimes I just want to sigh.
Cut the crap. Every Sunday: Hatha yoga → Yoga Nidra.
Just me — simple me.
