Change is here...Please read for important information.

I feel like all year I have been talking about change and how I felt something coming in the fall and not just for me but for the collective. The spring and summer felt different like we were being asked to wait, to slow down and find rest even though these seasons usually bring forward momentum and movement. Then the fall usually brings about the slowness, the harvest from the summer and preparing for the inward journey of winter. I feel as if these seasons have been swapped this year and that time of change I was feeling for me has come...

Some of you may know that I have another passion which I have shared on here from time to time and that is knitting. It actually came really strong into my life the same time sound healing did. But I followed my dream of starting a healing business and walked that path the last 6 years. But another dream started to take form through that time and it scared me a lot so I had to process and learn a lot before I found the courage to say yes to this new path.

I have decided to open a yarn store in Rocky and give my heart and soul to my other passion. It will be helping others and bringing community together in a different way.

What does this mean for Sirius Vibes? Well everything is on pause for the foreseeable future as I focus on this new endeavor but I also know sound especially is not done yet. I dont know how it will look but I feel it will make it's comeback at some point.

I will keep this page up for now as I am still hoping to continue creating music on streaming services and can share that here. But I will probably not share much here anymore.

This picture means the world to me...this is my soul fully shining through ✨️

This was taken at our recent Soul Sister Retreat and to share tea with this incredible group was pure magic. I showed up fully this weekend and man it felt so good.

This journey isn't always easy but when you see these moments in yourself, it makes it all worth it 💖

I am so grateful for the opportunity to host with these amazing ladies that I cherish so much and I am so proud to those that attended for saying yes to their own healing and rest, and I am honored that I got to be a part of it with all of them.

Some big changes are coming soon so to end the summer with this gathering will forever stay in my heart ❤️

Yesterday we went on an adventure and hiked Coliseum Mountain....are we hurting today, yes...was it worth it, yes!

I am still here! Just navigating the waters of life.

I haven't been posting much or even planning much when it comes to this little business of mine. Honestly, things seem a bit at a standstill. I find myself at a crossroads, not really sure where to go and that stresses me the f*ck out! I definitely am one who loves to try to predict life, see the future so I can control it but that's never gotten me anywhere.

So now, I am surrendering....

Because right now I am being asked to just enjoy life. To be present. To LIVE!

I think along the way my passion became a job, stressed to keep up, stressed about what others wanted. And it drained my soul instead of filled it. So now I am in the great pause, facing the unknown....but with a little more courage and a bit more trust in my heart.

I feel a lot of us are being asked to come back home to ourselves. Bring our passions back for us to enjoy. Bring it back home to time with our families. It might not be this way forever but I embrace it right now.

It's okay to feel lost or not know where we are going in life. That's part of letting the universe surprise us. Because if we allow ourselves to try to control how our life will look, all we are doing is limiting ourselves.

Embrace each day with new eyes and an open heart. Trust we are still on the right path. Clarity will come but for now, enjoy being human 💖
