Cinnamon buns are coming up Nov 18th. Preorders are now open. A tray of 9 buns is $22.60 tax included. Choices are glazed, or cream cheese frosted. They freeze great. You know this if you are one of my customers who buys from my freezer in between bake days. It’s time to stock up if you have a busy Christmas season ahead.

Woke up, saw the snow, immediately started making chicken stock, beef tallow, and preorder forms for buns. Who else can relate? Are you pulling out the slow cookers and big soup pots? Do you need a delicious fresh bread to accompany your family favorite, passed down from your grandma soup recipe? I will have sourdough loaves available tomorrow, perfect to go with what you have cooking. I only sell them as extras on my page (make sure you also follow me there). But I do take preorders for buns. Those are open now. Baked fresh ready for pick up on Monday. Just in time for lunches and quick dinners to help get you through the week.
