Discover the benefits of yoga in a safe, supportive way. Chair Yoga uses seated and standing poses with the support of a chair, making it perfect for beginners, seniors, or anyone with limited mobility.

Start 2026 off incorporating health and wellness into your routine. Classes are a gentle slow flow, and add Stength, Balance and Peace to your week.

Join us Monday or Thursday evening at 7pm.
Starting week of January 5th.
