Start 2026 off incorporating health and wellness into your routine. Classes are a gentle slow flow, and add Stength, Balance and Peace to your week.

Join us Monday or Thursday evening at 7pm.
Starting week of January 5th.

Small class sizes, so space fills up fast. Message me to book your spot.

September Slow Flow Yoga Classes. Sign up has begun. Classes available on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 7pm. Beginning week of September 8. Session runs for 4 weeks or ask about single class availability. (4weeks/1class per week $45. Single class is $15) Small groups, so spaces fill up fast. Location is Tavistock.
