The all or nothing needs to 💀

I’ve been there..
Motivation to lose weight is high -> start working out and sticking to nutrition 100% -> consistent 2-3 weeks -> a day hits where I want a burger -> leads to a full weekend of F IT -> restart the cycle

This is where most women get trapped.
The secret to losing weight and keeping it off isn’t based off how long you can white-knuckle your fitness plan.

The secret is your relationship with food and fitness and how living this way isn’t ‘apart’ of your life, it IS your life. (But not in the restrictive body builder type of way 😂)

When you decide to eat to nourish your body, when you train because it makes you feel good, when you drink water, walk outside, and focus on truly living a ‘healthy’ life.. that’s where the results come from.

And when you live this way, you can have date nights that don’t turn into weekend binges and fall-offs going into Monday.

I promise, achieving your goals isn’t as complicated as it feels.
It’s made up of all the small daily habits that you don’t think are a big deal, that make alllll the difference!

Start there -> stay consistent -> watch your body and life evolve into what you’ve always wanted

When you lose weight, you dont just become fit, you become 𝑯𝒆𝒓.

When I started my journey 7 years ago, all I really wanted was to feel confident in a bikini.

It seemed like a simple want, but so much more challenging to actually get (so I thought at the time).

We only get one body on this earth.. so why did I hate the one I was in?

Why did it feel like I was trapped in a body that wasnt mine?

I wanted to go to the beach without worrying how my stomach looked.

I wanted to live my summer in jean shorts without them feeling uncomfortable.

I just so badly wanted to wear any bikini I wanted and not hyper fixiate about how I looked in it.

When I lost my first 20lbs in 2019/2022, I lost the belly fat but I STILL didnt feel confident in myself!?

I was SHOCKED. I thought that would be the answer.

I learned over the next several years that confidence is BUILT and created through discipline and consistency, not once you hit a certain number.

When I truly felt that unshakable confidence years later, yes I was lean, but it was more than that. The confidence came from the years of work I had put into not only my body, but my mind.

Now, I not only get to help women feel confident in a bikini, I get to help them feel truly confident in themselves as humans, and thats when you truly become 𝑯𝒆𝒓.

Losing stubborn fat is easier that you think 👀

Hi, I’m Mariah. I teach women how to acheive their dream bodies. 6 years ago, I lost my first 20lbs after hiring a coach, but developed binge eating. I lost the weight, didn’t gain the confidence I wanted, and now had an even worse relationship with food… I knew there had to be a better way.

After getting certified as a personal trainer in 2020, in-person training clients from 16-70+ years old, building my online business, and coaching thousands of women on how to lose fat, gain muscle, and become truly confident from within, WITHOUT restrictive crazy diets or workout plans, I developed the Becoming 𝑯𝒆𝒓™ System.

I created the Becoming 𝑯𝒆𝒓™ 4-step system based on what you truly need to do to be successful in your fitness journey, as well as from what I see missing in the industry and other programs.

My job is to help you learn how to eat, train, think, act and recover as SHE would -your fittest, healthiest, happiest most confident self- and actually keep the results long term.

Flew home from Mexico late last night, bringing the tan & good vibes home ❤️‍🔥

In 2023 I traveled more times than I can remember and had been on more flights that year than maybe my life 😂

2024 was less, but still a ton and we finished 2024 with Florida -> Bahamas for my last competition -> Playa Del Carmen/Mexico for my bffs competition then 2025 we didn’t travel out of country or far ONCE!

And I didn’t realize how much it impacted me.

I get sooo inspired when I travel, and I break out of everyday routine.

This trip was a reminder to not settle and get comfortable at home, and keep pushing and work hard for every single thing you want in life.

Coming home from a week of no cellphone plan and being present (with wifi here and there to check in on clients and make the odd story) is exactly what I needed + a tan that makes me feel waaay more like me 😂

Time to catch up on some sleep, get into a new routine & start a new protocol/plan for my body and health because I just got some major results back I’ll be sharing in another post 👀

Time to raise the bar and help more women create their dream body and life by being the example of what’s possible ❤️‍🔥
