Great post by Well, the show is over. As I move into off season I have had a lot of people ask me how I keep motivated. The answer is not as difficult as one might think.
Set small goals for yourself. I always set small milestones I want to achieve. They don't have to be big to be impactful!
Accountability. Having people in your life that hold you accountable is always helpful. This can include friends but a coach is the most helpful in my opinion. Having an experienced and well rounded coach is a great option. If you're looking for a fantastic coach to help get your fitness journey started, or want to take your fitness to a new level, I highly recommend my coach Jim Blair . Your health is worth the investment and I guarantee you won't be disappointed with the results he can help you achieve.
A love for fitness. I have developed such a passion for bodybuilding and fitness that it also keeps me going 💪 I can't imagine my day without it!
It also doesn't hurt that I have a few exciting bigger things planned for the upcoming year ahead.... stay tuned to see what they might be😉
