All these neurons that line our allow us to establish closer and more direct contact with our , through the , which often regulates our state.

We used to think that the receptor in the told the brain when it was full so that we would stop . But it seems that the signals produced by the stomach are more sophisticated than that.

It is often thought that the brain regulates our decision-making process, but with this it is clear that our digestive system profoundly affects the way we behave.

For example, when we eat a lot and feel like lying down in bed to rest, it is because a third of our blood flow has been diverted to the stomach to allow it to do its vital work.

Although there are many "physical signs" that can tell you something else about their health (skin, hair, etc.) πŸ™ˆ

It is difficult to know for sure if a person is healthy, many people with an enviable physique may not have very good habits (I know many πŸ™ˆ) and each body tells a story that many times we do not know.

What should you keep in mind?

➑️ 1. A good coach will be focused on teaching you nutrition πŸ‘†πŸ» and what is nutrition? πŸ€” Is what happens after you put something in your mouth, all the internal processes and even chemicals, we talk about all kinds of nutrients and how they work in your body.

➑️ 2. Do not speak badly about other types of diet: they must understand that each body works differently and has different objectives, they must not be based on personal experiences.

➑️ 3. It teaches you good habits that challenge you to have a better quality of life. Without impact there is no change.

Have you calculated how much chemical it can absorb from all the products you buy? (Let us believe that we are unavoidable)

Creams, deodorants, sunscreens, soaps, shampoo, makeup, perfumes, vitamins and medicines, ultra-processed, etc.

How much of all this do you consume on a daily basis?

How much of everything is really necessary?

How could you give your body a break?

I chose to prioritize the whole food, minimize the consumption of processed and other products with chemicals.

Every day I get questions about why I disappeared πŸ™ˆ.

I'm just going through a process of adaptation πŸ€“ I went back to the office πŸ₯³ but after 2 years at home it has hit me very hard.

Mental exhaustion and reorganizing routines 🀯 I keep training and following my diet ... not perfection ... just progress πŸ’ͺ🏻

I hope to be able to generate content again (although disconnecting has been a great break πŸ™Œ) I continue working on nutrition but for now only with some PT ❀️

I am very happy to go back to work and to be able to develop that part of my professional, personal and social life… I am growing a lot 🌱. How good this feels πŸ€—

I miss you a lot but there are times where we must dedicate ourselves to flourish 🌹

Why do I prefer whole food?

Today while I was enjoying food from my country πŸ‡¨πŸ‡΄ , I remembered how blessed I was growing up surrounded by whole food (sometimes the portions are a bit exaggerated πŸ˜‚)

Now I prefer it because:

➑️ It is more economical πŸ’°
Although I really appreciate the effort of some companies to create products with better ingredients, these are still expensive and I prefer to invest in good proteins πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ.

Sometime you can prepare what's in the package with much less money πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ it will depend on your needs and priorities.

➑️ I feel comfortable cooking with whole food and I feel like I don't need a lot of labeled products, I consume them but my priority is whole food.

➑️ I feel more confident knowing whah to put in my food.

➑️ I love the taste of , in its most state.

➑️ Now that I study I know how I can hit in the most natural way and I enjoy it.

I share with you how I prepare my pasta zucchini that I shared through my stories.

Many people believe that my food is very difficult and spent hours in the kitchen but it is not, I took 15 min preparing this pasta 🀀

Ingredients.

βœ… Zucchini noodles
βœ… 1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil.
βœ… Sea ​​salt
βœ… cream cheese (I like the one that brings jalapeΓ±os 🀀)
βœ… large raw shrimp.
βœ… Parmesan cheese and sesame as a topping

1. In a pan add the coconut oil and cook the shrimp in it with a little sea salt.
2. Take the shrimp into a cup and place the zuchini noodles to cook in the same oil, you must move them constantly with a spoon, they cook very quickly and release a lot of water, so leave them for about 3 min and add the cream cheese and mix.
3. Add the shrimp again and cook for 2 more minutes and that's it!
4. I added Parmesan cheese and sesame to complement my plate and served with avocado and some cherry tomatoes to complete my macros.

Self-love will come when you start loving yourself as you are, from now on.

Sometimes we become so obsessed with a goal that we forget who we do it for.

Starting to enjoy the process changes everything πŸ™‚

I do exercise to feel good because it helps me to activate myself, because I like to know that I am taking out all that energy that I have saved and it gives me peace.

I eat well because I know it will make me feel good energy, each food I eat is built and has a purpose for my body.

Don't lose focus ... Everything you do is for you ❀️
