An easy quote to write but not easy to apply π

When you mix these two components (emotion + food) it can be a complex situation.
I must clarify that in most cases you will need help, a #nutritionist and / or a psychologist.
I remember a couple of years ago, when I was in the middle of a very stressful and sad situation, I could eat a whole pot of rice, I was not hungry, it just gave me pleasure and it was all I needed at that moment, to feel better and I lost control until I hit rock bottom, I got sick physically
When I began my process to recognize that this mixture of emotions with the physicochemical reactions that my #body had was not easy (it is not easy yet π).
From my experience, telling myself "don't feel bad about eating" was nothing more than trying to cover the sun with a finger.
This goes beyond what enters through the mouth, it is a process where you recognize that everything in you is connected, that the only way to control these physical and chemical reactions is by being aware of your present and this takes a lot of time.
This creates dependency makes you #addicted to moments of pleasure, food stimulates the #hormoneofhappiness (#serotonin ), in times of stress, anxiety, sadness, loneliness etc, the body enters a #stateofsurvival where the brain goes to ask you that, something that makes you feel better and the cycle begins, the #binges and the other feelings that this accompanies.
I lived it and now I study it.
I found that #nutrition is not just about what goes into the mouth, I found that everything is connected, so if you follow my stories, you have seen that I am incorporating more #habits seeking my well-being.

Do you #workout before or after eating?
It is in #trend to train on an empty stomach and I recommend not doing it every day and I will explain why.
If we trained while #fasting , the body would increase protein #catabolism (consumption of tissue and muscle mass when we do not provide our body with the necessary needs) and could decrease our performance due to lack of substrate. Therefore, some of the consequences could be the loss of #musclemass .
My proposal is to do a "modified fast", that is, you can make a #preworkoutmeal "that does not provide carbohydrates (glucose), but does contain #protein and monounsaturated fats, such as scrambled eggs with mushrooms, avocado with ham or fresh cheese with almonds. "And, of course, you should never forget to hydrate before and during exercise.
I do my pre-workout meal 30 or 45 min before my #workoutroutine

From what I have studied and from my own experience I think that it is not the most recommended to do it every day, since you can start to lose muscle mass. I will explain you;
