To help lose weight, increase protein intake.
0.6 - 0.8 grams of protein per pound of ideal body weight. Protein is needed for much more than muscle growth. Also, it helps with cravings. Higher protein intake gives your body that "full" feeling which eliminates unnecessary snacking. And a slow digesting protein like casein is great for before bedtime snack.

Feeling those sore muscles the next day is bitter sweet!! "No Pain, No Gain"....with a good cool down and stretching after your workout, you can minimize any possible soreness the next day. Train hard and smart!!

Great way to target those inner thighs is the Frog Squat or the Sumo Squat (different names for the same exercise). For added difficulty, have a Dumbbell (of challenging weight) standing upright just in front of you. On the squat down, grab the d.b, squat up, when squatting back down you return the d.b to the floor and finish the rep off with a squat jump. Do 10 reps for 4 sets with 1-2 minute rest in-between each set.

Try adding a "pump" set to your workout. Simply do your regular 8-10 reps then lower the weight by 60-70% then go for 20 more reps with the new weight. This will help get rid of waste in your muscles and allow for more blood/oxygen to enter your muscles.

Tuesday Tip: at the top of a chest flye, rotate your hands so palms are facing you. Hold at the top for an extra second and really focus on squeezing those pecs!! 💪💪💪

Remember: short duration, high intensity training may burn less energy during the activity but afterwards the energy expenditure remains high for hours. So no excuses about only having 20-30 minutes to work out. Just need to be smart about it and get the most out of your time.
