Hala Akiki Dietitian Weight maintenance strategist aiming to make your life easier as you walk the path to a healthy weight which start with a lifestyle modification.

Hala Akiki is a clinical Dietitian with a BA in Nutrition and Dietetics. She opened her private practice in 2006 where she works with clients on improving their lifestyle and eating habits. Between 2007 and 2009 she ventured into opening a health kitchen and delivery system for her clients whereby she provides a personalized diet for each client. She gained her knowledge and solid background following a 10 year experience working in different fields relating to nutrition from clinical to academic. She also practices community nutrition through conferences with Nestle that promote healthy breakfasts and methods of cooking, as well how to remedy different health conditions with the right diet. Hala also animates a fixed segment on the TV program “B Beirut” where she promotes well-being and its impact on people’s lifestyle. Throughout her career, Hala was able to positively impact people’s lives and enable them to change their bad habits and wrong perceptions into a healthier and more positive way of life. She is a strong believer that a diet should not be considered as a passing phase, but rather a permanent lifestyle modification.
