Women have been gathering in circles since the beginning of time. In a circle there is no hierarchy. We all have wisdom to share. We are all teachers and all students.

When sitting in circle we get to see ourselves reflected back in our sisters. We realize we are not alone and we're all so much more similar than we think! This can lead to a quenching of that thirst for deep, meaningful connection.💙

I will be offering a series of 4 women's circles starting May 30th, Tuesday nights 7-9pm, creating a safe container for up to 10 open hearted women to gather together, diving deep into the realm of the Sacred Feminine.

These circles will unfold naturally and intuitively in alignment with the women gathered.

The circles may include (but are not limited to):
- Meditation and grounding
- Womb connection and womb wisdom
- Living in alignment with our inner seasons
- Learning to mother ourselves
- Harmony of the masculine and feminine energies
- Healing sister wounds
- Embodiment practices
- Dancing
- Circle sharing
- Journaling
- Group hypnosis (a deeply relaxing guided hypnotic meditation)

You are invited to join me in a powerful Full Moon circle this Sunday evening.

We will be exploring the embodiment of our Wild Woman selves as the antidote to the current (and shifting!🥰) patriarchal world culture.

Only a few aspects of the feminine have been embraced in our culture for thousands of years. Be sweet. Be soft. Be attractive. Procreate.

So many aspects of the divine feminine have been repressed, shamed, punished.

Those aspects are what could be called the dark feminine or the wild feminine. It's time to reclaim all parts ourselves.

It's time for a resurrection of the parts of the feminine that have been persecuted and suppressed for thousands of years.

In this circle we will explore how we can be the chain breaker in our lineage.

We will celebrate the many faces of the feminine.

We will dance the wild woman into being and explore ways to welcome her into our daily life.

We are her. It's time.

You are invited to join me to celebrate New Moon this Sunday evening, 7-9pm.

We will be exploring the path towards more self love and pleasure in our lives, as a way of honouring and embodying the Divine Feminine in each of us. The circle will start with meditation, then move into discussion and practices to bring pleasure into our awareness and into our bodies. There will be journaling and sharing and then a group hypnosis to anchor it all in.
