Meet NOELLE RICAFRENTE, one of our guest speakers for the Academic Journeys: Overcoming the hurdles event.

“I started my academic journey after working in the event industry right out of highschool for 2 years. I then completed a marketing program at Humber college while working full time at an advertising agency. Once graduated, I worked for a luxury publishing house where I had the opportunity to work with brands like Louis Vuitton, Mercedes Benz, and Holt Renfrew. I then started my own agency OMGYASSS Media focusing on clients in the beauty industry. After two years, I decided that I wanted to return to working for a company because I felt that there was still much to learn and I joined the VIP team at Virtual Gaming Worlds. During COVID I decided to get my bachelors degree in communications and graduated in 2023 from Royal Roads University in British Columbia. I now manage a team that takes care marketing and promotions for high value clients across all products.”
