Meet us at H.H. Knoll Park in Port Colborne on May 8th, 2022 for a workout for both moms and kids!

What does a CEP do?? 🤷🏻‍♀️

It’s a common question I get posed all the time introducing myself and the CEPGo service.

👩‍⚕️An Exercise Physiologist is able to conduct various advanced fitness assessments to evaluate and develop exercise recommendations and programs to support healthy and special populations.

🩺A CEP can evaluate:
➖Musculoskeletal Strength, Endurance, and Power
➖Aerobic and Anaerobic Capacity
➖Joint Range of Motion
➖Posture and Mobility
➖Lung Function using Spirometry
➖Heart Function using ECG
➖Body Composition
➖Lactate Threshold
➖Balance and Gait
➖VO2max or Maximal Oxygen Consumption

Meet our Clinical Exercise Physiologist 🤩

She completed her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at Brock University. 📚

She is getting ready to graduate at Niagara College from the Exercise Science for Health and Performance graduate program and will be writing her CSEP-CEP exam May 16th.🎓

She has been working in rehabilitative exercise for 13 years and looks forward to seeing clients in their homes again to help them reach their goals. 👊

She enjoys figure skating⛸, kayaking🛶, dancing💃, and petting everyone’s dog 🐶
