In order to build a home, a tower, a castle or whatever else your heart desires you have to build the foundation first. You can't expect this Tower or castle of yours to be built out of thin air and expect it to last the goal should be to build your foundation to ensure that it is sturdy whether you are looking at relationships, friendships, work, personal life or whatever the case is. We are that Foundation you are the foundation you have the power to build on top of that Foundation. And the only way to achieve anything is usually through doing. Even when times are hard to snow that you are the foundation to build greater things

" new year resolutions " as those don't work. So set small realistic goals and achieve each one, one at a time until you have completed each one. What you want to change you can change it .

Many events can cause trauma and the trauma can sometimes linger from the experiences. These experiences can have negative effects on your body including not being able to release what needs to be without judgment.

With somatic therapy we can help release this, encourage healing without talking about it, and without the judgment. You can also help you understand your body better on a deeper basis while also understanding how your body reacts to trauma. Through sacred process of somatic healing where you are safely heal from trauma that has been energetically stored and you release it in a safe and non-invasive way which allows you to detach and start your healing process.

It's a day early but to those celebrating Christmas,
I wish you all a Merry Christmas.

If your alone tomorrow, as much a sit is a sad holiday for you..just know your not alone & maybe next year will bring more joy. Who knows, but I do know being negative all the time and angry doesn't help you in anyway. Try taking a few deep breaths. I know there are some thigns to ďo tomorrow because not everyone celebrates Christmas.

Bielli's Connections is open until 12noon today & back to regular business hours on boxing day. I do this to spend time with my family on an important day to them. I don't care about gifts, when it comes to holidays I am greatful, I enjoy the time with my family ( especially my kid's xox ) I love sharing a big meal because feasting is my thing. I fond warmth, comfort & joy when it comes to holiday meals, business is when everyone puts s**t down & becomes connected, enjoying food, having fun, spending time with the people who mean the most to you, making memories that will last, building relationships & working on self improvement if your not happy lol. For me family is the most important.
