My Story

I’m here to listen to and motivate clients to meet, exceed & sustain fitness goals relative to their unique challenges
My name is Pierre Plante, based out of Ottawa, ON, Canada, and I’ve resided in the Ottawa area for over 50 years.
As an ex-University Varsity football player, marathoner, 2019 Mont-Tremblant IronMan finisher, and Cancer survivor, I understand the challenges, expectations, trials, and tribulations associated with maintaining a healthy lifestyle “Day In – Day Out” so here’s my story.
