Our women's retreat was filled with laughter, joy, playfulness, great conversations, games, peace, and sisterhood!
Thank you to the wonderful ladies who joined us for yoga, breathwork, meditation, a beautiful art workshop with Bonnie, relaxing walks by the river and our sacred women's circle ceremony.

My favorite part was seeing how everybody's energy transformed and seeing your happy faces at the end. 🌺🧘‍♀️❤️🧘‍♀️🌺🧘‍♀️❤️

The wonderful Bonnie Godin is joining us this time. She's an amazing artist (and a paramedic!), and she will guide us through a beautiful art workshop by the river.

Join us for a beautiful and down-to-earth women’s gathering in nature dedicated to reconnection, creativity, and community that doesn’t break the bank.

This isn’t a fancy retreat. It’s a real and heart-centered gathering in nature.

Our monthly Women's Circle is a place for women to come together, tell stories, uplift each other, meditate, sing, cry, and laugh together. At our circle, we connect to our authentic self. You are welcome to show up just as you are.

Monika Pelz, founder of Harmonik Flow Yoga, is a certified yoga (vinyasa + restorative) and reiki teacher. After living in Europe for many years, she moved to Calgary in 2016, where she trained and now offers team building events, outdoor yoga, private sessions, wellness retreats, and a beloved monthly women’s circle. She is passionate about creating sacred, welcoming spaces for connection, self-inquiry, and joy.
