Equinox….a shift in the energy + earth.

Hey everyone…..time to REINTRODUCE myself.

I’m the OG WILDling here

5 years ago I BROKE.
Like couldn’t speak, couldn’t understand, just COULDN’T.
And then I walked away from EVERYTHING.

and spirituality had been EVERYTHING to me.

It was ME!

So I had to stop to find myself again.
And that’s when I met my forest……she held me.
She comforted me and made me laugh.
She whispered and whaled. She told me she was BROKEN too. And we could HEAL together.
And for the for the second time in my life I truly felt HELD. SUPPORTED by my kin in nature.

The support I was looking for in my community and never found. The support I was looking for from family and never found.

WE ARE NATURE!

So in nature, I healed, deeper than I have ever healed before.
I heard whispers I hadn’t heard before…..because now I was TRULY listening.

This is fun…..it’s all the things I forget to write down and tell you about!!!

And I can support myself while I’m sharing what I have learned from my journey the past 5 years!

I’m going to share more about what I do physically to keep my body happy as a divergent thinker and one is to HYDRATE and add magnesium and collagen into the mix. I’ve listed the specific items I have been using these past couple of months to boost my physical health and then in turn regulate my nervous system so I can be my fully expressed self.

This wasn’t possible with out doing a deep dive into hope my body works. If you follow along you m,gift learn a thing or two about your body too!

A year ago, I was called to the woods. I had no idea what I would find there….at 4:30 in the morning.

In these woods…..I lost myself and shed years of trauma, years of programming. Years of being told, you don’t fit in, you’re not good enough.

I went in to those woods in a moment of spiritual flux…..did Magick exist? Was my Autism the reason why I could SEE?!? Was I a fraud? How could I be an empath….if I didn’t know what emotions are?

I’ve been through the wringer this past year.

Skills regression and unmasking after 48 years of “pretending to be neurotypical” means I am in the depths of Autistic burn out.

I’m 2 years into diagnosis. 1 year into trauma therapy for living a life constantly overstimulated and in fight or flight 24/7.

I was in a constant cycle of burnout. I was running three businesses, raising a toddler and teaching college at my “career peak”

I then went on to write a best selling book all before 45. Oh and this was after having a 25 year career in photography. That won me “best wedding vendor in CANADA” by Wedding Bells + Wedluxe magazine.

Talk about the autistic….giving it 300% ALL the time!

I’ve gone from believing in things others have written and others have said.

To my own relationship with the land. And finding new energies and then the Deja made themselves known. This relationship with the healing Grove and Land has awakened something that I want to share with the world……

WILDhealing is energy that comes from the land…..it flows through all of us. It is free and it can only be given freely…..it won’t continue to flow unless the healer is in a reciprocal relationship with the land. You plant a tree, recycle, compost, reuse, contribute to the community. The energy is limitless.

You disrespect the land, you don’t recycle. You litter…..the energy leaves and you’re on your own.

I’ve watched it happen. I’ve seen people take the energy and do amazing things….give people more time to pass, helping community projects move in the right direction, find the perfect buyer for a property that will heal many!

But I have also seen people use the energy without the reciprocation….continued 👉🏻
