Global Art Therapy Education

The Canadian International Institute of Art Therapy offers a unique blend of Live-on-Line classes with in-person classes. Live-on-Line classes (aka distance learning) are held in real-time on camera over the Internet. The in-person classes offer cultural immersion in Victoria BC, or at our sister schools in Japan and Thailand. CiiAT provides a Diploma in Clinical Art Therapy, certifications in Therapeutic Arts, and Attachment Informed Art Therapy.

Our cultural immersion programs, bring opportunities to our students to immerse themselves in unique cultural experiences in which we offer hands-on instruction in a variety of visual arts media within the context of an international institution. Our faculty of therapists, and working artists collaborate to design programs and foster an environment where the unique talents and perspectives of individual students can emerge and flourish.
