At Align, we’re thrilled to partner with the **Bruce Peninsula Association for Community Living** to bring *mindfulness, movement, and connection* to the heart of **Bluewater Park** in Wiarton! Nothing short of magical. Under the shade of towering trees, with fresh air and the peaceful soundtrack of nature, we gathered to **breathe, move, and reconnect** with ourselves and our community.

✨ This weekly experience offers you the chance to:

~ Practice mindfulness
~ Reconnect with a calm mind
~ Enjoy the natural beauty of Bluewater Park
