Do you ever step back and observe patterns in your life; cycles that occur over and over again?
An example is going through the same things in relationships? Being with different people, but things always end up being the same, or just the same partner but repetitive issues keep coming up.
If you can watch just for a few days, you will see a pattern emerging, a wheel pattern. One day, a fine morning, you are feeling so good and so happy, and another day you are so dull, so dead. And just the other day you were so full of life, so blissful that you were feeling thankful to God, that you were in a mood of deep gratefulness, and today there is great complaint and you don't see the point why one should go on living.... And it goes on and on, but you don't see the pattern. Once you see the pattern, you can get out of it.
Find your pattern. Find your lesson.
A good way of recognizing patterns in your life is by listening to your feelings, your intuition. I’ve found that when I am involved in a pattern, my emotions run a bit stronger, kind of like a warning from my subconscious mind to pay attention to what’s happening.
More often than not, I recognize the pattern when the situation has ended, or changed. It can be difficult to recognize a pattern while it’s playing out. So, usually we realize what happened afterward. And that is okay.
In turn, life will continue to send us ways to overcome the patterns and learn our individual lessons. The key is to be alert. When you're open to recognizing a pattern, you can change it by leaning the lesson, and in doing so changing your life ❤️

Fall teaches us how beautiful it is to let things go 🍁

Stop trying to fix others who can not, or will not, face and work on their shadow. Don’t waste your time helping those who are not courageous enough to be transparent, honest and authentic. If you have given these ones many chances to rise up, but they continue to break promises, it is time to move on. It doesn’t matter how much you love them. Even if you have great compassion for how unconscious they are.

Don’t let someone make their issues your job!
You cannot fix other peoples issues, unless they’re willing to dive into the messy nightmare we call our shadow. If we keep trying to help someone that isn’t willing to be helped, even if they say they want to be helped, even if they are good and kind people, but their actions keep showing us that they will not make any effort to change, or have a willingness to facing their shadow, and do the necessary work on themselves.

It is only when we finally pull our energy away, that they they have the opportunity to face the things they need to heal. They may or may not do it in this life time, but it is not our job anymore. It never was.
We always think if we don’t give up, and keep trying, we can make a difference. But there are so many people out in the world who are ready, that you can hold space for and where you can make a difference.

The bottom line is this:
HONOR YOUR GIFTS and share with those that have the open heart to receive it. Honor your energy. Don’t throw your lighted pearls before those who are not willing to accept, honor or respect them.

Be open enough to lean into a level of depth you’ve never experienced.
Talk.
Be humble enough to admit that you don’t know everything.
Go deep.
Get real.
Stop hiding behind surface-level s*x.
Evolve.
Confront what you need to confront so you can move forward without the shadow of your past.
Stop thinking that vulnerability is weakness. It takes a GIANT of a wild man to get vulnerable and it’s HOT.
Stop running from magic when it’s exactly what you need.
Stop telling yourself she’s too much when the reality is you’re just afraid to be enough.
Lead yourself so you can lead ME.
Believe that you can handle it. Act accordingly.
Be the safe space. The strong ground. The calm for her storm.
Do this and you’ll find your Goddess. Do this and you’ll be taken to a place of wholeness and ecstasy you didn’t know existed and likely wouldn’t have found on your own.
Do this… and you’ll be home...

In life everyone carries a piece of the puzzle. Nobody comes into your life by mere coincidence. Trust your instincts.
Play this game to your fullest, rather than keeping it safe all the time.
Experiment.
Meet new people.
Travel.
Do the unexpected.
Risk.
Discover.
Love.
Trust.
Believe.
Find all the missing pieces of the puzzle, but not for the sake of finishing it so that you can see the final result, but for the sake of enjoying the process 🍁

Many people expect big changes to knock on their door by doing the same thing over and over again... by behaving the same way they always have...by thinking the same thoughts they always do.
The truth is that big changes never come until we change the old patterns of being ourselves.
If you dip your brush in red color, you don't expect it to all of a sudden become blue. You know it's gonna paint red no matter what. What makes you think that different rules apply to the universal law?
If you want big changes to come into your life, you need to literally become someone else. Nobody said it's gonna be easy. It's a very challenging process, since you have to step out of your comfort zone literally ALL THE TIME!!! But trust me, dive in!!!
It's well worth it.
One of my favorite books on this topic is "Breaking the habit of being yourself" by Joe Dispenza. I highly recommend you reading this book if you want a clear understanding of this transformational process full of magic and greatness.

Since we were little, we were taught to be good kids so that we can be accepted by people around us and the society.
