Thank you to all the family, friends, and people who I met on the Walk who took the time, energy and interest in supporting the Walk. Without them the Walk would take many more months to complete. I am very grateful and honored to carry the grandmothers stories of what is needed to help raise their grandchildren to Parliament Hill.

These pictures capture the gratitude, love and wisdom from the Grandmothers Retreat in Sault Ste Marie from Aug 28 to 30/23.

Grandmothers teachings were strong and powerful. Ceremonies of the Rise Red Woman Rise, Wiping the Tears and Skirt teachings were shared from the grandmothers. The youth present were so blessed with the energies of love, light, peace and joy - same with all the women who left covered in these blessings

The grandmothers need to have more of these retreats snd gatherings across our nations.
