Open your eyes and ask yourself honestly .... do i feel this way most days?

If the answer is yes then you are living a life of purpose and passion. 🙌

If the answer is no...
..ask yourself...

When did I stop living a passion driven life?

Why did I stop?

What holds me back? (limiting beliefs, people, money.....)

Really sit down with yourself and ask the hard questions, give honest and vulnerable feedback.

Once you have sat for a moment with yourself only then can a dialog of change begin.

This!!! Biggest lesson I learned was “emotions repressed become EXPRESSED”
This is something I see all the time in my trauma coaching. and I saw in myself. I knew I wanted to be the best parent I could be but it seemed an impossible task with all my emotions always at the surface.
Your reactions have everything to do with childlike responses. So you know all those times people said “stop acting like a child” as an adult?? it’s because you probably were responding like one in that moment.
Whatever in that moment triggered you brought back all of your childhood insecurities and emotions and therefore came out in the same manner as a child would respond. That usually results in crying, running away, yelling or shutting down…. Sometimes even outbursts leading to hitting, breaking stuff or self harm.
Generational cycles of begaviour are legit! What cycles do you see in your own life?
