The CDSA seeks a skilled and knowledgeable individual to fill the position of Finance Coordinator on a full-time permanent basis.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Process bi-monthly payroll using ADP Workforce, ensuring compliance with Canadian payroll laws and internal policies
- Maintain accurate payroll records and personnel files
- Prepare and post general journal entries and complete monthly account reconciliations
- Manage full-cycle accounts receivable and accounts payable using Sage Intacct and membership databases
- Assist with budget preparation, quarterly variance reporting, and year-end audits
- Support the CFO in preparing financial reports and documentation for the Audit Committee
- Provide backup coverage for the Accounts Payable
- Perform other administrative and financial duties as assigned

The new Supportive Pathway Pilot Program is designed to create opportunities for Internationally Trained Dentists (ITDs).

Dentists in underserved areas will be able to work with ITDs to provide care for their patients and more oral health support in their community.

This pilot program matches Internationally Trained Dentists with supervising dentists and could allow you to work in an Alberta dental practice.
