OUT: Monday Motivation
IN: Monday Memes. ✨

Mondays can feel like a lot but they can also be a chance to channel that fire inside you. Because sometimes, the best motivation comes from getting real about what’s not working and deciding it’s time to do something about it.

Some of these memes will make you laugh. Others might hit a little deeper, speaking to that part of you that’s ready to let go of the limiting beliefs weighing you down.

So, if your to-do list feels heavier than your coffee mug, save this post and come back to it whenever you need a little boost.

💡 Save it and Share it with a friend who gets it.

If these memes brought a smile or a spark to your Monday, hit follow because I’ve got more coming your way every week.

✨ 2025 is the year to turn your anger into action, your laughter into strength, and your Mondays into momentum.

This time last year, I realized something surprising: I was working in overdrive, and the boss was me.

But here’s the thing—it wasn’t toxic. I wasn’t unhappy. I loved what I was doing.

I was happily exhausted, fueled by passion and excitement for the work I love.

Still, I knew I couldn’t keep going at that pace. Passion can fill you up, but it can also burn through you if you’re not careful.

So, this year, I’m doing something radical (for me): I’m stepping away from social media, newsletters, and content creation for the holidays. I’ll still be here for my clients, but the rest can wait.

Am I privileged to have this choice? Yes. But here’s what I’ve learned:
✨ Rest isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity.
✨ Even if you’re enjoying the work, it’s okay to pause.
✨ And small acts of self-care—like saying no or taking time for yourself—can make a big difference.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, I hope you’ll join me in finding ways to step back—even just a little.

You don’t have to “earn” rest. You deserve it.

💛 I’ll be back here the second week of January, rested and ready. In the meantime, what’s one thing you can set down to make space for yourself?

💥 Confidence isn’t what you think it is.

We’ve all been sold myths about what it takes to feel confident:
❌ You’re either born with it or you’re not.
❌ It’s about impressing others.
❌ It means never feeling fear.
❌ You need to have it all figured out.

Here’s the truth: confidence is a skill, not a personality trait. It’s something you build.

✨ So, how do you build confidence?
Here are four steps rooted in research and practical wisdom:

1️⃣ Start by taking action.
Research from Dr. Albert Bandura, the father of self-efficacy theory, shows that confidence grows through doing. Start small—take a manageable step toward a goal, even if it feels scary. Each step builds trust in your abilities.

2️⃣ Reframe failure.
Confidence doesn’t mean avoiding mistakes; it means learning from them. Carol Dweck’s work on growth mindset shows that viewing challenges as opportunities for growth helps us bounce back stronger. Ask yourself: What did I learn? What can I try differently next time?

3️⃣ Silence the inner critic.
Dr. Kristin Neff’s research on self-compassion emphasizes being kind to yourself when things don’t go perfectly. Practice talking to yourself as you would to a friend: “It’s okay to struggle—you’re still learning.”

4️⃣ Celebrate your wins.
Big or small, every success matters. Tracking your progress boosts confidence by showing you evidence of your growth. Keep a journal, create a visual board, or just take a moment to acknowledge yourself daily.

✨ Confidence grows when we:

Take action despite fear.
Treat ourselves with kindness.
Reframe mistakes as opportunities.
Celebrate how far we’ve come.

Which of these steps speaks to you? Drop a 💛 if you’re ready to start building confidence, one step at a time.

What is learned can be unlearned

For generations, women have been taught to:

🌿 Put others’ emotional needs ahead of their own.
🌿 Identify with duty, roles, and responsibilities instead of their own desires.
🌿 Repress healthy anger to stay “nice.”
🌿 Take responsibility for everyone else’s feelings.

Sound familiar?

This constant stress—internalizing others’ emotions, ignoring your own needs, and silencing your anger—takes a toll on the body. Over time, it wears down the immune system until it turns on itself.

Here’s the truth: It’s not your fault. Many of us have been raised this way and it IS possible to unlearn these patterns and reclaim your health and wellbeing. I’ve done it. My clients have done it.

✨ Healing starts with:
✔️ Listening to your own needs.
✔️ Learning to say “no.”
✔️ Embracing healthy anger as a powerful and natural emotion.
✔️ Releasing the belief that you’re responsible for everyone else’s happiness.

Let’s start breaking free from the conditioning that keeps us stuck.

Do any of these patterns resonates most with you? Let me know in the comments.

I believe in you,
Natasha

THE SOLUTION INCOMING…

If this 👉 “I feel overwhelmed trying to balance it all, I’m constantly second-guessing myself, and I never feel like I’m enough” sounds like you, then you need to know that it’s easier than you think to step into a life where you feel grounded, confident, and in tune with your own voice.

The stuff that’s currently holding you back? Say goodbye.

Because the BEST way to start living a heart-led life is to:

🌱 Slow down and make space for yourself
🌱 Identify and release the subconscious stories that keep you stuck
🌱 Learn to reconnect with your inner voice

And what if there was a way to achieve that in a way that is both simple and effective ?

Well, THIS is why I offer Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) and THIS is your solution!

This therapeutic modality directly helps you:

💫 Tune out the noise of societal expectations and listen to your own heart.
💫 Smash subconscious blocks that make you feel like you’re not enough
💫 Develop tools to feel present, grounded, and at ease in your daily life

If this sounds like the solution you’ve been searching for, then comment or DM “READY” and I’ll send you all the details.

Let’s rewrite your story together.

Ready to release the weight of shame?

Shame can feel heavy, both emotionally and physically. But by understanding its impact on our bodies and mind, we can begin to release its grip.

Join us as we explore the somatic (body and nervous system) aspects of shame and how this is connected to the way we think and feel about events and ourselves. Learn practical tools to cultivate awareness, self-compassion and change.

Ways to feel grounded and present, from a therapist who’s been there too...

If you ever feel like life is rushing past and you’re struggling to stay grounded, you’re not alone. I’ve been there, and I’ve helped 150+ women reconnect with themselves.

Some things that help in the moment:

🌱 Massage your hands slowly and mindfully, observing each finger and breathing deeply to bring yourself back into your body and the present moment.

🌱 Listening to your own heart—what do you want? Take a moment to pause and cut the outside noise.

🌱 Carry a calming essential oil and inhale deeply whenever you need to center yourself. Scent is powerful activator for memories and feelings. My favorite is Sandalwood and citrus scents.Building a sense of calm and stability is possible and it doesn’t have to be complicated.

What’s one simple, grounding practice you want to start today?

Breaking free from rituals and unhelpful thinking is no easy feat.

It's a task that asks for resilience, determination, and a willingness to step into discomfort and a new way of being.

Whether you're working on breaking free from familiar routines or ushering in new habits and thoughts, the process is a profound exploration of self-discovery and personal growth.

I know it may not feel this way in the moment but every challenge is a lesson learned, every setback is a portal to the next step in your evolution.

You have gotten through all of your bad days so far so that must mean that the strength to resist lies within you.

If you're finding it tough, remember that you're not alone.

Reach out to me by sending me a DM or book a complimentary discovery session. Link in my bio.

I believe in you,

Natasha

I support your bad decisions - as long as they are made with awareness!

Awareness is everything! LOL

Ok, at some point we want to move past this and make different decisions that actually serve us, but we can't do that until we are aware of the patterns themselves.

It can be hard to know what the patterns are or where they come from through talk therapy alone which is why I LOVE hypnotherapy. We go beyond the conscious mind right into our subconscious mind where we get to the root of the problem and create sustainable and impactful change right from the very first session.

Tired of repeating the same damn behaviour over and over again?? DM me (or link in bio) to book a discovery session.

I believe in you,
Natasha

Ever wondered why anxiety can feel even more challenging when depression is in the mix?

Let's break it down!

1️⃣ Double Trouble: Depression + Anxiety
They often tag-team, creating a tough emotional combo.

2️⃣ Overthinking Overdrive
Depression cranks up the volume on anxious thoughts, making them louder.

3️⃣ Energy Drain
Depression's fatigue joins forces with anxiety, leaving you physically and mentally drained.

4️⃣ Social Struggles
Depression's isolating nature can make social anxiety more intense.

5️⃣ Seeking Support
Understanding this dynamic is key to finding the right support. You're not alone in this journey.

Remember, reaching out is a strength. Send me a DM or book a complimentary discovery session. Link in my bio.
