A little taste of hypnosis as this client's unconscious mind did the work behind the scenes, so to speak. His unconscious let go of all of the links, connections and associations to the problem so that the old pattern that was running before could be released. I also thought it was kind of cool that he has my name tattooed on his arm!

TJ was a smoker for 24 years. After trying, and failing, at numerous other ways to quit, he easily quit smoking after his first hypnosis session. This is the norm at EHS, when a person has a strong desire to quit and they really want it for themselves. He didn't experience any cravings and feels like this was his answer to quit smoking for good, as it often is!

Every habit or behavior has a positive intention, even if the behavior itself isn't beneficial. For Zoila, the pop and chocolate was a way to help her deal with stress and overthinking. When she learned better healthier ways to manage stress and gained resources through hypnosis to stay more calm and balanced, the pop and chocolate simply weren't needed anymore. The most common fear is the fear of public speaking. Robert dreaded having to speak in front of others. It caused him lots of anxiety leading up to it, but he needed to do it for his job so he uncomfortably pushed through his presentations until he decided it was time to change and take control. After only two hypnosis sessions he was able to calmly and confidently speak in front of others and did very well! Now he's ready to take his career to the next level!
