This is never something easy to go through or even hear. Because everyone has their perceptions, but whether their opinions are grounded in compassion and facts is another issue in itself. Sometimes we as human beings do not have the time to gather knowledge about a specific autoimmune condition someone is facing. But, its critical to listen first before we jump to conclusions. Whether its our friend, family or lover the impact of an autoimmune condition can be huge. And, can range from brain fog to pain, extreme fatigue and depression (people often experience multiple symptoms at once). So where does this leave anonymous? Feeling isolated is one thing but being misperceived is another dilemma no one wants to face. It creates another level of stress and can even change how we regulate our emotions. Should anonymous use time, energy and emotions to explain why their ability to function are different at times?
