I train with and along side you @ 4 K Recovery Home Inc. to implement healthy change and healthier lifestyle alternatives. I evaluate as we train and make adjustments to fit your evolution. Its a challenging fighter style disciplinary training but fun with a aggressive, controlled fighting fundamental added for excitement.
