My Story...
I have been in the industry for almost 30 years and teaching nails for about 20 years. I became and ACE- Akzentz Certified Educator in 2015 and have been blessed to work for one of the top nail companies in the world. In October 2019 I became one of the few Swarovski Authorized Nail Art Educators in Canada and am very honoured to hold this title. I offer private, semi-private and group industry training for beginners and seasoned professionals. I also offer classes using any brand as well as Certificate Classes for Akzentz brand of nail products and Swarovski nail crystals. I truly am passionate about the industry, learning, education and look forward to sharing that with you!
As well as my nail obsession, I am also very passionate about Energy Healing. I found Reiki in 2010 while I was dealing with the passing of my Dad. I saw the beautiful help of Healing Energy and what it could do. I pursued my training and after several years of practice I became a Usui Reiki Master in 2015. I have had the honour of treating and helping others with their physical and mental blockages. Treatments are available in person and can be “hands on” or in your aura with “hands off”, as well as distance treatments. “Hands off” treatments are great for those in too much physical pain or are just too uncomfortable with someone too close. You are always fully clothed while receiving a Reiki Treatment and you can even have the comfort of a cozy blanket. Being able to train others to do energy healing or release their emotional blockages for themselves though is where I get even more fired up with love. I believe while is it an absolute gift to be able to help heal someone, it is even more important for them to know how to heal themselves wherever or whenever they need it.
