Today I felt nothing but happiness and gratitude that I continually get to work and learn from horses. Providing therapy from them IS my therapy and I’m finally ready to do more with all of the knowledge and experience I have . This dude had sore hips today and after some massage and stretching I taped to decompress the area of soreness.

Taping a lovely little pony that has some serious work to do on her core . I love taping to help decompress, support and create awareness in our equine friends ! I combine massage therapy and kinesiology tape typically together so that when I leave an appointment, my client is still benefiting from all the massage that has taken place . Tape is safe , effective and does not impede movement . Tape can be left on ( in most cases ) and ridden in under saddle without issue . Tape also is excellent for body awareness while training .

Another fabulous day at Southern Cross schooling show series . She came home with 1st 3rd and 1st and champ . Despite the great ribbons this gal swallowed her fears and pushed on . Personal best is the real competition
