People complain that they’re too tired to cook a healthy meal after a long day, so instead swing by McD’s or pick up a pizza because it’s faster…
Or they snooze the alarm, wake up late and “don’t have time” to do their workout...
The rest of the day is spent feeling lethargic and suffering with brain fog because they slept poorly and started of the day failing their accomplishments.
