Blue Monday is known as the most gloomy day of the year… so we’re flipping the script!

🗓 Monday, January 19
👕 Wear anything that makes you happy (work-appropriate, of course!)

That could mean:
✨ Bright colours
🏒 Jerseys or band tees
😄 Silly hair or fun (but safe for work) accessories
🎶 Anything that lifts your mood and makes you or others smile

Let’s bring some extra joy, personality, and positivity into the building and combat Blue Monday together 💪

✨ Today we’re celebrating something very special at Medex! ✨

48 years ago today (September 30, 1977!), Theresa Craig started working at Medex— and she’s still with us today! Please join us in congratulating her on this incredible milestone.

Theresa has given so much of her time and heart to this home, and we are so grateful for the dedication, kindness, and care she’s shown to residents and staff over the years. 💙
