We provide quality Yoga Instruction, grounded in tradition and backed by international certification. Our Private Training services are holistic in approach, and are based upon the individual needs of our clients. Hello Everyone,

I'd love your help please. I've created an anonymous poll on Survey Monkey (it's one "Yes" or "No" question) to give me a realistic view of the pervasiveness of childhood abuse for a book that I am writing on Abuse and Healing. It has been tested by myself and one other person to make sure that it's completely anonymous. No one, including myself, can see who has voted.
