Push Positive Doula Services A Doula is a professional labour coach who provides physical, emotional, and informational support through pregnancy, labour, and postpartum.

Hello, welcome to my page. My name is Christine and I am currently enrolled in the DONA International Doula certification program. I believe that pregnancy, labour, and delivery are three of the most beautiful and empowering processes for a woman. My goal as a Doula is to help create an atmosphere where a woman and her family feel free to be themselves and are full supported physically and emotionally. During labour, woman who feel supported and loved have less medical interventions, progressive labour, and less pain. This equals a positive birth experience and a beautiful confident new Mommy. I have been blessed with two wonderful little girls. My eldest Daughter Claire is Eight. And my little Emily will be turning three this December. The birth of my Daughters was the most empowering time of my life and changed my confidence for ever. Child Birth is not only a birth of a child, but a birth of a Mother.

Your sacrifices are large and the appreciation seems small at times. But we wouldn’t change it for anything else. Bless you and keep you. Love you all so much.
