Greystone’s Campus Trails Legacy Fund Continues to Build Community Impact
Pat Dube, owner of Greystone, established the Campus Trails Legacy Fund in 2021, a philanthropic initiative that reflects his deep commitment to the Huntsville community and the Huntsville Hospital Foundation (HHF).
The Campus Trails Legacy Fund began giving with Greystone’s first condo development at Campus Trails — The Tom, with a donation of $30,000 to HHF on October 13, 2021. Each subsequent development has carried on this legacy. The second donation was presented in November 2023, representing the 39 units sold at The Alexander, for a total of $39,000.
With today’s generous gift of $39,000 from the newly opened Emily building, the Campus Trails Legacy Fund has now contributed a cumulative total of $117,000 to the Huntsville Hospital Foundation — representing Greystone’s donations and those of several Campus Trails residents who have also joined in the giving.
Katherine Craine, Executive Director of the Huntsville Hospital Foundation, shared,
“Seeing the Campus Trails project achieve the vision that Pat and Greystone created is remarkable, and to see the fund grow every year is heartwarming. Their vision of a community that is connected, healthy, and vibrant — one that promotes healthcare and wellness — is truly inspirational. What a beautiful act to honour the new buyers of these condos with a generous donation to the hospital.”
Greystone has pledged $1,000 per unit sold at Campus Trails. This meaningful gesture turns every home purchase into an act of care for the wider community.
“I appreciate the community’s support for Campus Trail and so it is an honor to give back, with good karma, supporting the Hunstville Hospital Foundation. Making this donation in the name of every owner, hoping to encourage further support for our amazing healthcare facility.” says Pat Dube, reflecting on the motivation behind the fund.
With the upcoming launch of the Lawren Greystone’s commitment to Huntsville’s future remains as strong as ever — building not just homes, but healthier communities for generations to come. Project Management Inc.
