Health should go wherever you go.
I might change geography from time to time but there are certain routines that are essential to me.
My supplements go wherever I go. They always have. My selections have evolved over time …. So have I.
As our Body’s age, there are variables that come into to play even more so that impact our body burden and change our requirements for many things. Environmentally, psychologically and physiologically. Requirements change and in your 40s and up… it’s a bit of a moving target 🎯. I don’t know about you ladies, but I especially noticed this after 45. We are all unique in this area.
Some requirements might not be requirements anymore and other ones become critical. It’s about continuing to refine and dial them in so you can be the best version of you. It’s about attunement to you and your rhythm. This clearly goes far beyond only the supplement conversation.
For me… my supplement routine is a critical part of my wellness routine. I provide support, particularly for things that my body does not do well. Example: methylation.
I’ve spent years of my life, coaching and mentoring other high functioning, doers and goers to be the best version of themselves and I’ve been able to see how this plays out in real time.
When people have a great wellness routine and regular strategic supplementation is part of that… They just do way better.
Behaviour is a language in all things and your biology, knows it too. Start with choosing some simple behaviours that lets your body know that you’re here to help…not harm.
