Why do we crave the heat?

There’s something about walking into a heated yoga room that feels like both a challenge and a homecoming.

The warmth melts tension.

Let’s Debunk Some Common Yoga Myths Together!

Let’s bust some common myths that keep so many people from stepping onto the mat. If you’ve ever said, “I’m not flexible enough for yoga,” or “I can’t sit still that long,” this one’s for you. 🫶



🔹 MYTH 1: “I have to be flexible to do yoga.”
TRUTH: You do yoga to become more flexible — not the other way around. Flexibility is a result, not a requirement. Yoga meets you exactly where you are.



🔹 MYTH 2: “Yoga is just stretching.”
TRUTH: While some yoga poses lengthen the muscles, yoga is about so much more — it’s breath, nervous system regulation, emotional release, strength, focus, and inner connection. It’s a whole system of healing.



🔹 MYTH 3: “Yoga is only for thin/young/fit people.”
TRUTH: Yoga is for every body. There’s no one “yoga body” — because yoga isn’t about how you look, it’s about how you feel. There’s space for YOU here.

Sacred Sundays are coming to life !

Picture this .. You drag yourself through another chaotic, overstimulating week.
Friday arrives and you finally exhale — but somewhere inside, you’re already anticipating Monday.
You tell yourself you’ll rest…
But the weekend becomes a blur of recovery.
And before you know it — the cycle starts all over again.

So many of us are living in a loop of chronic output with no true restoration.
