Even if you don't have Pilates experience or don't like exercise, if you do it steadily, you can show excellent posture correction as well as muscle strength and flexibility! The neck and shoulder pain has been reduced in the fifth session, round shoulder has been remarkably corrected, and the body line is forming. We can make a neutral. πŸ˜‰
