Though traditional talk therapy has its benefits, it can often feel very emotionally hallow.
As a therapist who specializes in trauma and anxiety, I recognize how crucial it is to work with the mind-body connection in order for a client to feel true, long-lasting healing. ❤️🩹
In my approach, I offer somatic therapy and EMDR - two interventions that recognize the mind-body connection and its importance in processing.
