Dr. Romi Fung, ND, M.Sc, Ph.D (cand.) is a naturopathic physician practising in Richmond, BC. Romi helps patients living with dementia improve their quality of life by taking an integrative and functional approach; he believes that what happens in the body can also happen in the brain and there are several biochemical connections from chronic diseases that correlate to cognitive decline. Because of this connection, Romi believes that naturopathic medicine has the potential to take a powerful stance on addressing cognitive decline. On top of his practice, Romi is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Aging and Health at Queen’s University, and a Clinical and Academic Faculty teaching Traditional Asian Medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine – Boucher Campus.

Dr. Natalia Ytsma, ND is a naturopathic doctor and clinic supervisor at the Boucher Naturopathic Clinic at the CCNM - Boucher campus in New Westminster. She has been practicing for almost a decade in the field of women's health and pediatrics. She is passionate about educating people on the why's of their health issues and working with them to develop realistic and effective treatment plans for them to feel like their best selves.

Kate Fox

Kate is a fourth-year naturopathic medicine intern at CCNM- Boucher with an undergraduate degree in psychology. Her passion in naturopathic medicine is rooted in seeing patients' mental and physical health with equal importance. Also, learning about the myriads of ways the body and mind are intimately connected is what drew her towards this field, and she hopes to be a naturopathic doctor that can provide trauma-informed care to those who need a compassionate doctor sensitive to their story.
