Does your dog have incontinence? Why not give us a try?

The best part about having a retired veterinary researcher as a client is that when she experiences a positive outcome, she doesn't just tell her friends... she publishes the results.

This was a case of urinary incontinence that was refractory to every treatment that the internal medicine specialist could provide, and surgical intervention was presented as the only remaining option.

Instead, we treated the dog's lower back pain using a combination of manual therapy, acupuncture and laser, and after just 2 appointments, the incontinence was resolved.

And so... you should also get your puppies checked out regularly by a canine rehab practitioner during puppihood - to ensure that their spine / pelvis / ribs are painfree and functioning properly!

Conclusions and Clinical Relevance- "Results indicated that puppies ≤3 months old should not be allowed access to stairs, but should be allowed outdoor exercise on soft ground in moderately rough terrain to decrease the risk for developing radiographically detectable hip dysplasia."
