Hello! Happy spring! Jennifer will be hosting a Pilates class at Bindu Thursday mornings - 9-10am. $90 for 6 classes or $20 drop-in.

This will be a 6 week session running from April 17 - May 22, 2025.

This class is beginner friendly and an overall great way to revitalize your core strength at any age!

I need at least 5 people to commit to the whole 6 classes in order to run the series.

If interested, please e-transfer payment to jennifer.rebbetoy@gmail.com by next Monday, April 14th.

How to prepare: bring your own mat, water and an open attitude to progressing slowly and diligently.
